Shipping policy
Pet Spooky works with fulfillment partners to deliver our Halloween pet products directly to our customers.
Order Processing
After your order is placed, it must be processed before shipment.
Most orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days, although processing may take longer during periods of high demand.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination, product, fulfillment location, and shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery information may be displayed on the product page, during checkout, or in your shipping confirmation.
Please remember that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or unusually high order volumes may affect delivery times.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
You will not be charged twice simply because an order arrives in more than one package.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking information may take a short period of time to update after the shipping label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at petspooky1@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows unusual delays or you believe your package may be lost, contact us at petspooky1@gmail.com and include your order number.
We will help investigate the shipment with the fulfillment partner or carrier when possible.
Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges depending on the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the customer is responsible for any applicable import charges imposed by local authorities.
